Boiled mullet with palm sugar vinegar

   On 12 August 2021, a Lecturer from the program of Halal culinary join the activity of Academic service on the utilization of sugar palm from Pattani Province (Farm to Table) on local cooking (Pla Kra bok Tom Namsom) for entrepreneurs and interested students. This project is run by the Local Development Center, YRU.
