       The development of this curriculum is in line with the 13th National Economic and Social Development Plan (2023-2027) in order to lead the country to transform Thailand into a progressive society, creating sustainable value in the next 20 years. forward by adhering to people as the center of participatory development and based on the 20-year National Strategy (2017-2036), which is the main master plan for national development. and sustainable development goals (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) and in line with the situation in the three southern border provinces Including the restructuring of the country towards Thailand 4.0 in order to achieve stability, prosperity and sustainability, especially in increasing the efficiency and potential of the economic system and developing infrastructure and social services that help improve the quality of the country's human capital. In addition, from the results of access to education opportunities and increased income levels according to the Human Development Index of the United Nations Development Program, it reflects that Thai people of all ages have increased overall knowledge and ability. But they found that they had decreased reading or education skills. And the number of youth who do not study and do not work is increasing, so the potential of this group of youth is not exploited and not developed. The issue of qualitative human capital development has always been an important challenge for Thailand. It appears in a report by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development that tested the cognition of 15-year-old students around the world in mathematics, science and reading, and found that 59.5 percent of Thai students were in the group who did not meet the standards. And only 0.18 percent of Thai students scored above the standard. There is also a lack of connection between the education system and the labor market, thus limiting the production and upgrading of human resource skills in line with market demand and the direction of changing the country's economic structure to an innovative base. There is a tendency to demand more skills related to science and technology.
