A competition for healthy food innovation

The Science and Food Technology Program organized a competition for innovation in healthy food for students in grades 10-12 from the three southern border provinces. There were a total of 77 teams that applied for the competition, with 15 teams submitting videos. From these, 5 teams were selected to compete at Yala Rajabhat University. This event aimed to encourage students in the area to come up with innovative food ideas using local ingredients.
